Expansion of the attic of an existing apartment building in the city center of Munich, near the Sendlinger Tor.
The building, located on Fliegenstraße and constructed around 1900, will feature a luxury apartment spanning two attic floors.
From the kitchen and roof terrace, there is a direct view of Munich's Frauenkirche.
